your help. Service Manager has worked wonders for our transportation
department. It keeps track of everything for us! No more
lost paperwork or short inventory.
Service Manager keeps track of all our maintenance and
break/fix tickets, tracks our supplies and inventory, and
lets us know when we need to order equipment or supplies.
The software program itself is easy to learn, user-friendly,
and was super easy to install.
Your technical support is light years ahead of any
other vendor that I’ve ever worked with. I’ve always
received a quick response to any questions or issues that
I’ve had and your company has resolved every issue
that we’ve had (which are few and far between)
100% to our satisfaction.
Our mechanics now depend on Service Manager and there
is no way that they would ever go back to doing things, “the
old way”.
Our non-technical staff had no problems figuring
out the software and interface, and from an IT
standpoint, that
